Refund Policy

Last updated · 6 October 2026

Short version: you can cancel at any time, and if ReviewVoice is not for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.

Where we are right now

Paid plans are open and payments are taken through Paddle's checkout. The demo on this site runs on sample data. This policy applies to every paid plan.

Read this part if you read nothing else

Cancel whenever you want — there is no notice period and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

1 Cancelling

Cancel yourself in ReviewVoice under Settings → Plan and activity → Manage or cancel subscription, or with the Manage subscription link in any payment email from Paddle, our payment provider. Or ask us through the contact page, from the email address on your account. We action it on the same business day and confirm by email. There is no notice period and no fee.

Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end your current period — you keep using ReviewVoice until the period you have already paid for runs out.

2 14-day refund on your first payment

If you are not happy with ReviewVoice, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. You do not need to explain why. We may ask what did not work, but only so we can fix it.

3 Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Paddle, our payment provider, emails you a receipt for every charge, including renewals. If a renewal is charged and you did not intend to continue, tell us within 7 days of that charge and we refund it, as long as the service was not used in that period.

4 Part-used periods

We do not refund part-used periods beyond the cases above. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access for the rest of it rather than receiving a partial refund.

5 When something is our fault

If the service was unavailable for a long stretch, or it posted something it should not have posted, that is on us — write to us and we will put it right, including a refund where a refund is the fair answer. What "on us" covers, plainly: we fix the problem, and we refund the money you paid us. It does not extend to knock-on business losses — lost custom or reputational harm — which our Terms (section 11) excludes, as most software does. We are saying it here rather than leaving you to find it there, because this product posts in public under your name and that is the harm you would actually worry about. The four-star rule in our Terms is a promise, not a setting: anything below four stars waits for you. If that rule ever failed, treat it as our fault and tell us.

6 How payments and refunds are handled

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries relating to payments, invoices, taxes and refunds. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

7 How to ask

Email us through the contact page from the address on your account, and say which payment you mean. We answer within two business days. You can also raise a payment or refund enquiry directly with Paddle.

8 Who you are contracting with
